I had consultation and surgery because of the hump in my nose. The consultation was professional and I’m happy with the surgical results. Both the surgeon and the manager explained things well, which I liked. They said autologous costal cartilage would be good, so I went ahead with that and it seems fine. There were a lot of people on both the day of consultation and the day of surgery. If the response or traffic control(?) had been poor, I would have been irritated, but there was almost no waiting and it went smoothly, so it seems systematic. After the surgery
