It had been less than a year since my first surgery, and I went for a consultation because I wasn't getting the nose I wanted. I found a glamorous clinic that could properly correct a bulbous nose. After looking around in person, I searched online and booked after hearing that Deoran could refine it more slimly, then waited about 6 months before the consultation. I could feel that the director was honest and ethical. The consultation was conservative. I kept telling them that since this was a revision surgery I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, but they said I could reuse the septum I already had and that there was no need to use autologous costal cartilage, so I got an estimate for reusing the septum and using only ear cartilage.
