It was easy to find because it's right in front of the station, and the inside was really, really clean. The consultation manager was so kind, and they explained post-op care in a way that built trust. But when I spoke with the doctor there were a few parts that upset me, and he spoke very quickly. The good part was that he clearly said no when something couldn't be done, and he explained the surgical method carefully. He also told me I could decide slowly and to visit more hospitals, which made me trust both of them even more. It was my first consultation, so I was really nervous, but I liked how they helped me relax.
