During the consultation, they explained everything in detail and answered my questions well. The consultation staff member was not exactly kind, but not rude either, so it was average. However, during the surgery, maybe they did not remember what was said in the earlier consultation, because communication did not seem to go well. The part where I said it should not be too high and should not end up looking like an avatar was not met, and in the end it was overdone, which was disappointing. The shape itself
