3 years ago I had a quick buried suture on one side only. They did a short sedative anesthesia followed by local anesthesia. I stayed conscious the whole time, even while feeling dazed. It seemed that the operating room nurse had not prepared the surgical tools properly, because the doctor got angry at her. I was startled by that and kept opening and closing my eyes without meaning to, and then they shouted at me too to keep my eyes closed. Even while anesthetized, I felt like something was wrong. In the end, it was not the line I wanted, and because of the front-line tightening I had to have the thread fully released at another hospital, and I am still looking into revision surgery now.
