I went to consult there after a friend recommended it because their surgery went well, and among the places I visited in person, it matched the direction I wanted the most, so I decided to have surgery. I do not think they do much promotion or marketing at all (no discount for writing a review), and it seemed like many people came through friend recommendations. There did not seem to be any discount unless it was a same-day booking, but they did not pressure me at all. Honestly, it was not cheap, but I was actually averse to things like getting a cheaper price for writing a review, so I just chose this place. The doctor honestly did not feel especially friendly, but I liked that he told me what the best option was for my current situation and explained clearly what would happen if I got greedy and pushed beyond that. The consultation manager and the staff were all kind. And for eye surgery, I think everyone has their preferred line, so if you have one, you might not match with the doctor lol When I asked which line he would do, he said patients ask that a lot, but from a medical standpoint that kind of line does not exist? with that kind of nuance, and I was like, huh...? If you have a very clear line in mind that you want, there is a chance you might not match during the consultation. I was fine because I wanted to restore my old double eyelid after it had loosened, rather than because I had a strong preference about the line. The surgery did not hurt at all, there was almost no swelling, I could wash my face on the day of surgery, so there was no discomfort, and it is really natural, so I am completely satisfied.
