I had buried double eyelid surgery done on only one eye. Once the swelling went down completely, it really became similar to the side that wasn’t done. There is a difference in how deep the crease is, though. Even when my eyes are closed, the line is a bit different. Still, when my eyes are open, they look almost the same, and most people can’t really tell. Now that 1-2 years have passed, the shape is fine, but the strength of opening the eyes feels a bit different, so I’m thinking about surgery on the other side too.. The director isn’t particularly kind and seems to have a strong personal style. Still, there are a lot of reviews for one-eye double eyelid surgery, and once the swelling was completely gone, it seemed like they matched the other eye well, so I’d recommend it. If you want double eyelid surgery on both eyes, it probably isn’t necessary to do it here.
