I'm not particularly lacking in facial fat, so I went in for a consultation only about the front cheeks and nasolabial folds, but they recommended putting fat in the whole face to define the facial line overall. The consultation was short, and from the atmosphere it seemed like they mostly recommend doing the entire face. The coordinator seemed like someone who had worked at this hospital for a long time, and the doctor also gave off the impression that the consultation script would probably be similar for each patient.
