I had incisional surgery in 2015, and I remember that at the time there was one director who only did local anesthesia and another who only did sedation. I was treated by the sedation director. What I liked was that, compared with other hospitals, they honestly recommended only the incisional method. However, maybe because the line was made too thick, now, 7 years later, it is almost about to loosen.
