I went there because it was a place my acquaintance had used, so I didn't check anything beforehand, had a consultation with the manager, then with the doctor in charge, and then booked the surgery right away. When they were consulting me, they drew out the line and kept checking with questions. After surgery, I just did what they told me to do at home with ice packs and avoided what they told me not to do, and then after the stitches were removed I had a sort of consultation that wasn't really a consultation with the director. I had an incision, but the left eye loosened slightly and the right eye formed scar tissue, so I went back for another consultation (2 years later), and they gave me a revision surgery for free. Maybe because it was free, or because it was a revision, there was no consultation with the director after the stitches were removed; it ended after talking with the manager.
