I also went there for consultation about alar reduction, and they recommended a package of alar reduction + Missco + filler. They clearly said that if you are going to do that, it would be better, so they recommended it. But if it is about price, or if you do not want it that way, they said alar reduction alone was fine. The two-year filler package was 179? and alar reduction alone was 100.
