I had the consultation and surgery on the same day, and it's been over a month since then. It healed well, and the swelling is almost gone, but my nostrils and alar base were originally large, and the asymmetry was severe, so it was a total mess. They reduced it more than what others got reduced by (they even showed me how much they cut the alar base lol), and now the asymmetry has definitely been corrected a lot, and the drooped alar base has gotten smaller, and the nostrils have gotten smaller too, but they didn't get as small as I had expected. Just a little? Still, I'm satisfied that they corrected the asymmetry well, and since correcting the asymmetry seems to have slightly lifted the bridge of the nose too, I don't really have any other complaints.
