I went for a consultation to reduce my nostrils. First I met the consultation manager, but my desired direction wasn't what they kept recommending filler for (the conversation kept ending with filler). The director was kind and seemed nice. It was a consultation where I felt a bit disappointed because I couldn't hear the direction I wanted.
