I had alar reduction in 2019! It was my first surgery at the time, so I was extremely nervous and tense, but the doctor comforted me throughout the surgery like a father, and I was grateful! Now, 2 years later, when I look in the mirror with my own eyes, I can see the scar, but when I ask my friends, none of them know!
