I had a Misko procedure in 2020. I went there fully intending to do it, so I consulted with the manager first and then the doctor, and had it done right away. I was satisfied with the non-incisional alar reduction and the one thread they used. Now it has sagged a lot, so I’m considering surgery again. I do regret a little not having listened when the manager recommended nose surgery back then
