First of all, the doctor listened to the patient's concerns well. He explained what is realistically possible and what is difficult. If I only wanted nostril reduction, I think I would have done it here. While consulting, I realized that doing only nostril reduction would be like covering one eye and saying all is well. He did not pressure me into surgery and seemed trustworthy because he suggested only procedures that could improve the parts I was concerned about.
