The director came in briefly during the consultation and left, and it was the same on the day of surgery during the pre-op consultation. The rest of the staff were kind and took good care of me after surgery too. The surgery result is not bad, but there is a hollow area below the cheekbone. It's not been long, so I'm still watching how it heals.
