Honestly, the effect of facial liposuction wasn't that great, only a slight reduction. Of course, I had it done 1-2 years ago, so it could be different now. The director was kind, but he also does a lot of other procedures besides facial liposuction. The anesthetic felt a bit strong to me. The effect itself was more like smoothing the line than being dramatically effective.
