Another hospital said it would not have much effect, but the surgeon said it was possible and did the outer canthoplasty. Because my expectations were low, the effect was not huge, but the surgeon was cool about it and even did a revision when it reattached. The manager was the one who actually acted like it would not work, which I did not like. I paid with my own money, and even if I had to pay more, I still was dissatisfied, but since it reattached and I said I would do it, I was not making a fuss. Anyway, I did not like the place, so I would not go there for other procedures either.
