I had hump nose surgery. The bridge is so thin that the silicone is visible, and the tip is blunt, so it looks like a bulbous nose.. It is the best out of the three surgeries I had here, but only the hump was improved, and it is not a nose that anyone would call pretty.. Three years later, the tip feels strange, so I have been looking into revision surgery.
