He said not to shave down the dorsal hump, and to do only the nasal tip. He said he would stitch the septum to the alar cartilage, so the nasal tip would absolutely never droop. But while the consultation was friendly, it felt not very detailed. They also said the surgery would take one hour, and I wondered if that was too short. The facility and the friendliness were good.
