I had nose surgery here twice. The tip collapsed and the nose bridge sank, so I had a third surgery somewhere else. When they opened the nose, they found Medpor inside. They never said anything about using Medpor. They said they would use septum cartilage, but they put in Medpor. And when I asked for a higher nose during the revision surgery, I was given additional silicone instead of replacing the silicone... this too was never explained in advance.
