I had face fat grafting through a You Can B Plastic Surgery event 6 months ago. My forehead was severely hollow, which had always been a big complex for me, so at first I only thought about the forehead and temples, but after consultation I decided on full-face fat grafting. Other than feeling a little cold and embarrassed because I had to wear a panty-type surgical outfit on the lower body due to the thigh fat harvest before surgery, there was no major discomfort during the procedure. For the first 1 to 2 weeks after surgery, my forehead looked a little uneven because of swelling, but after 2 weeks it got better. Now a lot of the fat has been absorbed, but it still remains naturally, and I definitely think it looks better than before I got it done.
