I had my first closed nose surgery around 2015. After the surgery, cartilage? bulged out in the columella area inside the nose, and there was a protruding part above both nostrils that looked like scar tissue or the lower lateral cartilage, so I went to the hospital for follow-up consultation. I couldn't meet the director at the time, and the consultation manager told me it was scar tissue and would get better with time. I waited, but in the end the problem stayed the same, so I had revision surgery at another hospital..
