First of all, I liked the doctor's friendly way of speaking, and I felt reassured because they seemed to have a lot of experience. I had not gone there with a lot of information, so I was a little worried, but they showed me what I would look like after surgery through virtual plastic surgery? Photoshop, and it was fascinating. I could not see the operating room, so I do not really know about the facilities.
