The head doctor had a lot of experience, was confident in his skill, and I liked that. The consultation director was also fairly kind, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit. The facilities were a little on the poor side, but that just means they have been open in one place for a long time, so I actually liked that more. They also have a machine that does virtual plastic surgery. The machine is so fascinating.
