As soon as I went in, they took a face photo and then I had consultations in the order of director first and manager second. The manager was not uncomfortably friendly, but in a more approachable and friendly way, so I was not uncomfortable and liked that. The director was clearly more approachable than formally polite lol I had not decided exactly how I wanted the design, but they showed me various surgery cases and recommended options, which was fun.
