I had a consultation with Dr. Jeong, and both I and from what I saw in posts around the place, it seemed like they almost always recommended partial incision and upper canthoplasty lol. The consultation was generally brief, and I liked that they moved things forward in exactly the direction I wanted, but it was disappointing that they didn't look at things in detail.
