I had non-open nose surgery with ear cartilage done here, and these days I am looking into revision surgery. I had a bit of a bulbous nose, but because it was non-open, it did not improve at all. After getting consultations at several places and finding out, I learned that non-open surgery is generally not suited to improving the overall design. It is a simple surgery with a short operation time, so why did they not explain it properly... If they had, I would have just done open surgery. My nose is also crooked, and after the splint came off here, within a week blood collected from my nose up to the glabella, and I had to go to the hospital to have it all drawn out with a syringe. It was such a struggle.
