First of all, when I had the consultation, the director seemed tired, probably because he had just finished surgery. I told him what I wanted, and he said how it would be better to do it and tried to make it fit my facial shape as much as possible. I went in expecting a natural result, so the emphasis on safety and naturalness was good, but my bridge is not very high and he said to use only 2 mm of silicone, so I felt like it would not show. He also said he would not put cartilage in the tip, and would only tie the alar cartilage.
