The consultation manager is really, really kind. Even if it hadn't been a plastic surgery clinic, I would have felt good just from that. Rather than expressing what can't be done negatively, they say it nicely and tell you that it may be better not to do it. The doctor is kind too, but the consultation manager's kindness is so high that the doctor almost gets overshadowed lol Still, surgery isn't all about kindness, so I'm thinking it over!
