The quoted cost is the discounted price for the eye event. The chief doctor's consultation was very detailed, even drawing pictures while explaining. The manager was very kind. It was the longest consultation of any clinic I have been to so far, and the fact that they understood my condition well and spoke with confidence also built trust.
