The counseling director is unbelievably kind. Of all the hospitals I have been to, this was the most humane and they pointed out the things that fit my eyes best. The only disappointment was that they did not recommend the procedure I really wanted, so in the end I won't do it here, but they consulted honestly and the cost was also on the cheap side, so I thought about it a lot. The director also consulted carefully, and overall it was good.
