I had a consultation for a short nose. First I had a long consultation with the staff manager, and then with the director. The staff manager pointed out where I should fix things first, and the director added to that or corrected it. What was definitely different from other hospitals was that they showed me before-and-after photos of people with noses similar to mine. Also, in the places I had consulted before, they would just ask what kind of feeling I wanted and say this was the only way it could be done, but here they explained things like why it should be done this way and why donor rib cartilage should be used, so I gained quite a lot of trust. They also said the CCTV footage couldn’t be shared, but somehow that made me trust them even more. And it was a little surprising that the director, not the staff manager, recommended filler, botox, and fat grafting ^^..
