Consultation went in this order: consultation manager - doctor - consultation manager. The consultation manager said the nose tip was a case that absolutely needed functional rib cartilage, but the doctor said it looked like only the septum and ear cartilage would be needed, and in the actual surgery they only used silicone, septum, and ear cartilage. After the doctor left, the consultation manager again said donor rib cartilage had to be used, and when I explained the situation, they just kept making excuse after excuse, which made me wonder what was going on.. Still, the doctor was kind, accurate, and thorough, so I trusted them and had the surgery. About 4 or 5 days after surgery, I sent a hospital chat message to ask exactly what materials were used in the nose again.. Suddenly they said the surgery used donated dermis instead of silicone, so I called the hospital, and only then did they hurriedly check and have the manager correct it an hour later to say silicone had been used. The doctor seems kind and skilled, but the consultation manager is really not good and seems lacking in professionalism. Also, there is no separate chart-based aftercare, so it does not feel trustworthy.
