This was a hospital I went to because I liked them after watching their YouTube channel, but even though it was my first surgery, they recommended far too many things. They also said the inside of my nose was narrow on one side, so it would have to be treated like a huge operation, and I was wondering whether I should even get nose surgery at all. At another hospital, they said this was not even that severe and that a basic surgery would probably be fine, so my trust dropped. They also called me personally, which was uncomfortable.
