The manager explained things well, but they strongly recommended surgery too much. Even though I said my goal was just to do only the bulbous nose naturally without implants, they said my nose was bent and insisted that osteotomy was absolutely necessary to straighten it and recommended other surgeries too. If you're someone who wants to make your face perfect, it might be good to go and hear what problems they point out. Other hospitals only talk about the area to be operated on, but here they also tell you what else needs to be corrected overall. But when I went to another hospital and got a CT and asked about my crooked nose, everyone said it was normal, the bridge was straight, and it wasn't really bent at all, and they all said people live with noses like that and asked why I was even thinking about osteotomy. They all asked which hospital told me that.
