They recommended only what was truly necessary, and everyone was kind! There was nothing like looking tired, scary, or overly strict at all;: since it was the off-season, maybe that was why, but I still think that level was more than kind enough! And the coordinator was extremely professional~ I even heard extra explanations there that I did not get from the doctor! Though I am not sure whether that included the doctor's opinion or not, so it is a bit ambiguous! Since the surgery is done by the doctor anyway... The facilities were also clean and nice!
