The doctor’s explanation was very long and detailed, but I actually liked that. You could definitely feel the experience, and the staff were not exactly super kind, but not rude either, just average. However, since this was a revision surgery and I wanted the line to be lowered, when I asked how much it would be lowered, they said they couldn’t tell me right then because they don’t draw the line directly on the spot, and that they would only know in the operating room, so I found that a bit disappointing. Other places show you everything, haha.
