The doctor seemed busy. He also looked like he wanted to finish the consultation quickly... I guess there is nothing you can do when a hospital is doing well.. This was the first hospital I consulted after being recommended for double eyelid revision surgery. The manager who explained things was so good at explaining everything from A to Z that I really trusted them. lol They explained in detail the direction of the surgery, why they chose that direction, and possible side effects too!! I even wondered whether this person was the doctor... When I asked, they said they had 10 years of operating room experience. lol I also liked that they clearly understood what I wanted. I cannot speak about the chief doctor's surgical skill yet because I have not experienced it, but the consultation manager's level of expertise was the best among the three hospitals.
