My eyes had a high crease (9 mm), so I had incisional surgery + eye correction, but I ended up with sausage eyes, and the inner corners were not opened at all. When I went to another place for a consultation, they said they could open them more and asked why they hadn't been opened. And my nose was higher than before, but the upturned nose was not improved much, and the front view is the same.
