If I had come a little earlier, they should have told me to sit and wait or something. Look at the staff's attitude for sending people back outside. Thanks to them, I had to wait outside. Even when I came at the scheduled time, they kept making me wait, which was annoying. The director was kind and put effort into the consultation, but for some reason there was a subtly mechanical feeling, and during the consultation I suddenly got the feeling that if I had surgery here I would come out looking like a plastic surgery monster. And saying that surgery is impossible without ptosis correction already feels like a fail.....
