When you go in, the facilities feel well-equipped and the interior is nicely done, but although they said there could be a 30-40 minute wait when I made the reservation, I ended up waiting a little over an hour. I had a consultation with Director [Doctor A] about double eyelid surgery, eye shape, and inner canthoplasty, and it was nice because he drew pictures and explained in detail how it would be done if I went ahead. The consultation lasted about 3-5 minutes. But the manager who handled pricing afterward was rude and not good at all
