I went to this hospital first for a consultation while looking for a revision surgery clinic focused on revision of the inner corner of the eye, the triangularly bent shape of the eye’s inner line, and widening the vertical width of the inner eye corner. The director’s explanations about eye-related matters and cases on the blog and web were presented in a way that made them easy to understand with real expertise (understanding of the epicanthal fold / surgical approach / correction of the inner eye corner) so I had high expectations for the consultation, but the director looked exhausted, answered in short phrases, said that a revision eye surgery was needed, and then the consultation was over. The manager also said, “Our prices are high” as the very first line, so I was disappointed. It was Saturday and the hospital was crowded. This was the first hospital where neither the manager nor the director could provide an organized consultation. If the manager had at least given a sincere consultation, maybe I would think differently, but the consultation did not even last 5 minutes. The many surgical cases and reviews on the website did seem okay.
