The place is famous for eyes, so I went for a revision consultation, and because it's a place that only does eyes, the answers were definitely more detailed than I expected. There is only one medical team member, so I think it's good that there's no worry about someone else performing the surgery. The hospital atmosphere is calm. I was worried because there were a lot of bad things said about the consultation, but there are also rumors that the consultation manager changed, and still... the person giving the consultation was a bit sharp.... but I felt better after talking with the director.
