Just so you know, scars still seem hard to improve. It's been 2 years now, but the white scar has not disappeared at all; if anything, it has gotten worse. The mouth is a part that you talk, laugh, and move constantly, so every time you smile, the skin at the corners gets pulled, and although I spent about a year after surgery trying really hard not to scar, in time it doesn't become a raised scar but a white scar visible along the incision line.
