I consulted about a scar on my philtrum and asymmetry of the lips, and they recommended improving the asymmetry rather than the scar. They showed me review photos and said that surgery on the philtrum could improve it. They said that if we only do the inner side, it will become a triangular mouth, so they also recommended the outer side, the corners of the mouth, and the hollow area. Other people don't really notice the asymmetry, so my acquaintances don't recommend surgery, and I'm worried there are too many items on the list. The manager and doctor kept persuading me that this is obviously how it has to be done to improve it. The doctor looked too busy. He kept moving from room to room like he was squeezing in consultations between appointments and anesthesia waiting, and was very busy. When I asked about the things I was worried about as a patient, he said it was a mechanical surgery they had already done over a thousand times, so there would be no problem. There were too many recommended items, and because the doctor was busy, it didn't feel like enough consultation, and it was general rather than personalized.
