I was told to open my eyes using forehead muscle, which is why I have a lot of forehead wrinkles, and because the space between my eyebrows and eyes is narrow, they recommended a forehead lift to improve it. They also recommended raising the double-eyelid line a little more and adding ptosis correction. For the nose, they recommended autologous cartilage at the tip, angle correction, a slight reduction of the alar base, hump correction, and osteotomy, but they didn't mention an implant. I was also going to get philtrum reduction, but they said they don't do the philtrum and nose together. And they said people with protruding front teeth should think again about philtrum reduction. There was no CT scan, and the doctor was reasonably kind during the consultation, but overall it was just an average clinic.
