Maybe it was because I went late at night.. They recommended only other procedures like Rejuran instead of lower-eye-bag surgery and said surgery was not necessary. But that procedure cost almost as much as surgery. And since they said the effect was only temporary, I just paid the consultation fee and left A slightly disappointing consultation.
