At first, they explained things very kindly while drawing pictures, but at the end, when I asked a few questions, they answered quickly and acted like, "That is all your questions, right? Please go consult with the manager," and sent me out, which made me feel a bit awkward. At first they only recommended repositioning, and when I asked about the shadow, they also recommended fat grafting.
